Dear Louie, Coni and Ruth,

             We just learnt of the untimely passing away of Cong. Crispin (ka Bel) Beltran.

              From what we have read and heard about Ka Bel, he was a man of high principle, and  

 dedicated his life to help his poor and needy countrymen. He served as a member of Congress with 

honesty and integrity. Truly, a GREAT MAN of our time.

              Please extend to Mrs. Beltran and Ka Bel's children our deepest condolence.
