Overpass and underpass within less than 100 meters of each other
It is a puzzle to many motorists and commuters in Quezon City..
At the Philcoa side of the Elliptical road of the Quezon Memorial Circle there is this overpass built a few years ago for people to cross to the QMC. It is a nice overpass as it is.
But since a few months ago, traffic in the area has slowed down because less than 100 meters from the overpass is an underpass under construction that will allow people to also cross to the other side.
When that is finished, one has two options to cross the avenue:
1. Use the overpass, or
2. Use the underpass
Would it not be nice if you have the same two options in many parts of Metro Manila?
(We certainly hope that we were given the wrong information that it is to be an underpass)
